1. Acceptance
By accessing or using regimen(“regimen,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. What regimen is — not medical advice
regimen is a community tool for building skincare routines, checking ingredient conflicts, and reading skin-type-tagged reviews. regimen provides general educational information about skincare, not medical advice. Ingredient-conflict warnings and routine suggestions are informational and may be incomplete or wrong for your skin. Always patch-test, read product labels, and consult a dermatologist or physician for medical concerns.
3. Accounts
Accounts are provided through our authentication partner. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
4. Your content
Routines, reviews, and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant regimen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the service. You’re responsible for what you post; don’t post anything false, harmful, infringing, or that violates these Terms. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t: scrape or bulk-download the service, abuse the APIs, spam or manipulate rankings/likes, post spam or malware, impersonate others, or attempt to access data you’re not authorized to.
6. Email communications
We send marketing emails (e.g. the weekly digest) only to users who opt in. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can manage preferences anytime in your profile. We may send essential account/service messages where permitted by law.
7. Affiliate links & product data
Some links may be affiliate links; we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Product and ingredient data is sourced from Open Beauty Facts under the Open Database License (ODbL) and the community; it may be incomplete or inaccurate. regimen is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand listed.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, regimen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for skin reactions, product purchases, or decisions made based on information in the service.
